Stay away from this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are great... mostly immigrants who have been there decades. The neighborhood is adjacent to Columbia Presbyterian so it's safer and cleaner than most neighborhoods.
Cons:
The landlord has MANY violations against her and doesn't care that the building is deteriorating. The elevator is constantly broken and heat & hot water in the building can be nonexistent on some days.
