Big apartment with lots of sunlight
Building is dirty and I often see roaches in the hallways. I used insecticide in my apartment but they still get in. Garbage is kept in the entrance and it’s gross.
It's a beautiful building with spacious units and roof access
Poor, often unresponsive management, and quite loud (Nostrand is a truck route).
