Excited to Move Out
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the L, chill building, neighbors keep to themselves.
Cons:
Management. Will not do anything, ever. Repairs? Yeah right. Fire in building? Good luck, not our issue. Locked outside due to the keypad freezing over? Call your super - y'know, the one who has never answered a single time? That one!

Bare minimum missed
Former Tenant
Pros:
The space was clean-ish, never had pest issues, decent super, and friendly neighbors. Convenient location.
Cons:
There was a fire where the whole building was evacuated in the middle of the night. Although black smoke filled the hall, no alarms went off (ironically alarms will go off everytime you cook) - we found out through the smell, yelling, or firefighters. Multiple tenants needed to move out, there was broken glass, water and smoke damage in the hallway (which to be fair was promptly cleaned), and there was no communication from anyone in management. Note: no injuries. Pin entry froze one night barring tenants from entering the building on one of the coldest nights of the year and of course there was no communication from management.
Advice to owner:
If you can send email reminders to pay rent you can address a fire in your building.
