Pretty good but be persistent with building management
Pros
Great location, good amount of space. I felt like I was paying a great price for the area/ unit.
Cons
Gas stoves with no external exhaust vent, building floods from top and bottom with heavy rain, building management is rude/ scheduling maintenance is a huge process that sometimes takes forever or requires you to reach out over and over again. They also will not give you accurate timing for when maintenance will show up. Cockroaches in building.

spacious apartment, clean building, good location
Cons
management took months to fix a pipe burst leak that affected the whole building and is generally not responsive to requests for long periods
