temperature controlled by building, so you cant switch from heat to cool in your unit. its set by the management. hvac unit also went down multiple times

Elevator has had major issues since moving in. It has improved in the last 2 months, but it is not uncommon to have at least 1 elevator down in the building. Some apartments have extreme humidity control issues with my apartment reaching over 60% humidity in the summer with the windows closed. Have had multiple issues with water pressure and water heat in shower since moving in with some kind of resolution only coming after calling 311. Lots of noise from construction down the street. I used to live directly across the street in my old apartment from major construction, but the insulation to the building makes this much worse. A lot of the issues that have come up feel like this was just a rushed job with many important details missing.
