Clean, attentive, fair rents and great location

Corporate management is very tough to get ahold of and there is basically 0 amenities

If you have an issue they won’t fix it.
Pros
Staff is nice, but won’t actually fix problems. Will give you an apartment without telling you multiple things don’t work well.
Cons
Your electric bill during the summer will be over $400 and you won’t be comfortable. Make sure everything works properly before they force you to sign term sheet moving in. Push off for a few weeks to see if heat, air, and water pressure all work.
