Good neighborhood but poor management

Pros

Location is great. The street is very quiet.

Cons

The landlord does not take good care of the property. The hallway and staircase are often not clean and there is an ongoing cockroach problem. Some tenants leave personal items along the exit paths, and the landlord does not take action to have them removed.
