Nice building and people

Pros

The building is very close to the train which is convenient and organizes trash pretty well. The superintendent Angel is very nice and super helpful. There is an elevator which is helpful when it comes to living in the high levels since it’s 6 floors with steepish stairs. I was subletting for 6 months so my time there was short.

Cons

I saw a few small cockroaches during my time there but it wasn’t too bad. The rent was pretty high for me which is why I didn’t stay long.

The building manager and team are very responsive Quiet building

Cons

We had a roach problem and one of my neighbors reported she had roaches as soon as she moved in as well. Had to reach out to building owner for deposit back
