Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by CIAMPA S3 LLC indicate a mixed experience among tenants. Many appreciate the cleanliness, responsiveness of the management, and quality of amenities, such as strong water pressure and effective garbage management. However, concerns have been raised about pest issues, particularly roaches, and occasional noise disturbances from neighbors and construction. While some residents recommend the buildings for their spaciousness and well-kept environments, others advise caution regarding neighborly interactions and potential pest control improvement. Overall, management tends to be responsive and attentive, but renters should weigh the pros and cons carefully.

Pros

I really loved the Super and the doorman. They made this building so great. The upkeep was wonderful. I really don’t have bad things to say I love this apartment.

Cons

Honestly, I just didn’t like some of the residents / people in the building. It is a no pet building which is amazing and everybody had a pet.
