It’s like being homeless
Pros
I love that she gets a joy out of harassing tenants.
Cons
She harrasses her tenants, comes in when she pleases without letting people know.Don’t count on her for heat she will never turn it on. Especially the hot water, it was so inhuman & I have kids you would imagine at least some decency there.She sells rooms illegally. When she doesn’t get her way she turns the refrigerator off. Made people lose 100s of $$ in food. It’s insane don’t even waste your money here. It’s not worth the mental health of being bullied by a landlord, cause she thinks she’s above us.
Advice to the owners
You should be a landlord. NOT A BULLY 🙂
