I have a baby under 1 years old, have been living here for just 30 days and have experienced a catastrophic leak in the ceiling coming from the roof. I have documented all of the issues and yet no one has fixed the issue with the roof. 246 E 25 Llc is the owner of the property, the owner of the LLC is Elisha Yafeh and the management company that is doing a poor job managing the property is Enable Management /Yaakov Goldberg.
