Great little 2Bed 2 Bath
Former Tenant
Pros:
Abel the supervisor is super responsive and issues are sorted pretty quickly. The heating during winter is consistent and we've rarely had heating issues.
Cons:
It's just dated. You're paying for the convenience as it's highly accessible to the Subway and just minutes away from Central Park and tons of grocers and eateries.

Cons:
You could hear hallway very easily from inside apartments

Great neighborhood block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood, cleaner was at least weekly for the building, super was responsive, elevator and roof.
Cons:
church bells are every half hour, the building's contracted exterminator was not as effective as the one we ended up hiring.
Advice to owner:
clean up the courtyard! It's perfectly fine, but could be a really cute space for residents

Good Family Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and not a lot of noise. The tenants are great folks, and the super is really nice.
Cons:
Trash areas leave much to be desired. Getting in touch with management when needed is hard. Packages left in the lobby can go missing.
