Housing Review St Johns
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s affordable for the space you gets.
Cons:
I had trouble getting rid of bugs.

Eh it’s probably better now
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood has gotten nicer over the years. You have roof access.
Cons:
There was a history of bedbugs. Shared areas were not cleaned well. The landlord is not a great guy and is rude to women. Because of the roof access, there has been homeless people up there.
Advice to owner:
Clean the place up. Be more respectful to women.
