Pros
All the basics, overall well-managed. Never ran into major issues. The onsite super was very helpful for all sorts for things, sometimes a little hard to get a hold of but really nice and willing to fix all sorts of things around the apartment.
Cons
Can very easily hear neighbors through the walls, even the sound did the TV. The layout is odd with the A,B, and C buildings - there need to be clearer signs at the entrance. Also the apartment numbers don't match up to floors which is just confusing. The management aren't reasonable when negotiating for re-signing. This was ultimately the reason I left, they weren't in touch with the market and there were way better options available all over.
Advice to the owners
Be more open to negotiating for rental renewals.
