Not worth the extreme landlord hassles
Pros
Nice neighborhood. Well maintained building but that comes at a cost (see cons). Quiet-ish tree lined street. Many upgrades made to each unit to include central heating & AC.
Cons
Extremely nosy landlord who lives on the premise. He will knock on your door regularly to bother you. Tells lots of lies and is manipulative. Always around The building. Very annoying and will sometimes say inappropriate things. Not sexual but for example will ask over and over if you’re religious. Will talk about being a Trump fan and hung a giant US flag off the building facade. Will say other offensive things. Always there and always bothering people. Very sexist towards single female tenants. Also, and this is very important, he has no life, so the buildings is his life and he conducts CONSTANT construction. The noise and work will seemingly never end.
Advice to the owners
Get a new landlord/building manager. Eventually this one is going to get sued by someone.
