It’s Aiiight my guy

Pros

Very modern, rent is not too bad, take out garbage on time.

Cons

Heating sucks, hot water sucks, they got roaches and rats… the neighborhood smells bad. Neighbors have no respect.

Advice to the owners

Lower your rent, not worth the price.
