Too Expensive for what you get
Pros
Doormen are incredible, I love all of them, they get to know you, are super helpful and make sure the building is safe. The maintenance was also pretty good, they were quick to make repairs.
Cons
Management was terrible, so hard to communicate with. They have a major rodent and pest problem. Our apartment had a massive roach problem, we saw about 20 in our time there. They were suppose to get the exterminator but we only saw him once. I was in another apartment in the building and saw a mouse. The building does not turn on the AC until June 1st, no matter the heat in may (when I was living here it went up to 100 and they didn't turn it on). They also raised my rent over $400.
