Noisy, apartments seem to have been "chopped up" to make more bedrooms per apartment

Safe building with a good location

Cleanliness and doormen are great. Location to the subway is easy and convenient.
Cons:
Lack of communication with landlord/management company. Cockroach and mice problems even with exterminator once a week.
