Abusive out of control landlord

• this building is literally on top of a superfund site, and they don’t inform tenants • the landlord doesn’t give anyone a lease and will evict people illegally based on his mood • his behavior is unstable, erratic, and honestly scary. “Landlord harassment” does not cover the abuse this man has put me and other tenants through • he is discriminatory especially against women • he enters the apartment when he feels like it and if you challenge him and tell him that’s illegal, he will literally scare you into backing off with yelling and verbal abuse • when I Injured my foot and was wearing a cast he yelled at me for making too much noise while walking and called me a cow. • he has made me cry more times than I can count What I’m trying to say is DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Advice to the owners
Get psychiatric help.
