Old Walk Up in a Great Location

Pros

The building's location is unbeatable. The price was reasonable. Management was pretty prompt when dealing with issues.

Cons

Old building, slanted floors, no elevator. I had several issues (pests, leaks, etc.), but management was always pretty prompt with dealing with them.
