Pros:
Landlord is extremely communicative
Clean common areas
No pests/routine extermination
Great maintenance of building
Cons:
Apartments are very small. Some are updated others are not.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing

Pros:
The landlord is very responsive and very kind. The neighborhood is fantastic! They are pet friendly which is a great plus.
Cons:
The garbage maintenance is an issue due to space. Would like for the halls and stairs to be cleaned more regularly. Building is prewar and while in good condition, this needs a little extra maintenance than a newer building. No laundry on site.
Advice to owner:
More recycling and trash bins.
