The building was generally clean and the lounge space was cool to have

The landlord is always watching you on the cameras, is not considerate or respectful, says he will fix things and does not give consistent rent prices. He does not care about your quality of life only money. The building and the apartments in it are purposed for a roommate style living situation.
Advice to the owners
Be more considerate of people and stop obsessively watching people

For the time I've been there they randomly put the worst roommates ever. Two or date rapist, one had someone secretly living in the basement and in the apartment. The rest were just dirty and inconsiderate. It went through several different managements and managers all incompetent. During covid had people move out and move in without checking the room, cleaning it, throwing out what's inside, or even giving them a copy of a key. I had to do that out of my pocket. For a while there was no one to help or maintenance. I would have to do it myself or for others because they come to me. When I finally moved out Raymond said it would take 2 weeks to give a deposit I never received it.

Find a new line of work
