Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well-kept, well-maintained building. Very responsive management team. Had virtually no issues whatsoever during my few years here. No roaches or rodents which was really impressive being above a bar/restaurant. Updated appliances and renovated bathroom. Really great place to live.
Cons:
The bar/restaurant downstairs can get very loud on weekend evenings.

Newish Tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, and when we moved in the apartment was cleaned well/had newer appliances
Cons:
The management is completely unresponsive. They never pick up the phone, even when we are having heat/water problems. I've been here six months and I have yet to get a real person on the phone. My roommate and I honestly have to wait until it fixes itself because we can never get ahold of anyone.

Great location but don’t go to the Basement!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location….one block away from the Q train.
Super is responsive and helpful.
Cons:
It shares the basement with 2 bars…so it’s always full of rats. Throwing the garbage is a nightmare.
Roaches in the apartment quite often and rarely mice.
