Not a fan.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only pro is there a sizable space in these apartments and I haven’t had any rodent experiences here. Central air is good.
Cons:
Currently located at the penthouse, which is the top floor of the apartment building. I’ve had continuous water leaks since moving in and upon reading recent jobs that were done on this apartment it sounded like water leaks is a usual thing here. Janitors are rude.
