Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of buildings managed by Jonathan Elyachar reveal attentive and friendly staff, especially doormen and supers, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some buildings show pest control issues, particularlyroaches in basements and stairwells. Maintenance responsiveness is generally good, though a few locations have heating problems and dated infrastructure, leading to discomfort during temperature extremes. Garbage management and cleanliness are rated moderately well, while neighbors are mostly considered pleasant. Noise levels vary depending on the building. Rent stabilization status varies, but overall, renters suggest improving pest control and updating heating systems to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Review 2023 through 2025
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff and doormen are all great, and make the place feel like home
Cons:
You will see roaches almost every time you go to the basement to do your laundry or take out the trash. Have seen some in the stairwell as well.
Advice to owner:
Better Pest Control
