Great Price in good location but has serious downsides
Pros
For the price it's a great deal, rooms are decently sized for the neighborhood and good light close to the L packages never stolen bug issues dealt with quickly
Cons
party area so lots of noise late at night laundromat a long block away (La la laundry) no dishwasher heat gets very hot in winter its an old EV apartment, so its not modern or upgraded. the floors are dirty, theres grafiti on the outside door but it can be made nice. the super is very very mean, especially towards women. He loves to shout and scream and talk over anyone. He blames tenants for anything bad that happens, whether it not be folding the recycling right or things breaking in the apartment due to normal wear and tear. the building manager passes off complaints as "he would never do that" or "you're just nagging" (honestly sexist as well). The super was truly scary sometimes, but it was the pay off for truly great rent and location. Building manager is slow to respond as well and not the kindest.
