Great, friendly tenants. Thoughtful super
Cons:
The owners have never been landlords before. They don't know what they're doing. Rent is way too high for what you get. Neighborhood is unpleasant
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to maintenance requests. Don't wait for a complaint with the city
