Beautiful historic building, very nice area. Quiet and close to subway

EBD management took over and they suck.

Close to the subway A/ C and 4/3
Cons
Building smells at times, not always clean, the windows don’t work and they will always give you the “land lord special”( poor repairs )
Advice to the owners
Repaint the stair well, Clean the stair well and add bug traps where they keep the trash
