You get what you pay for

Pros

Bigger rooms than newer units on the market.

Cons

Everything else you can think of. Lazy super, dirty building, not a lot of closet space. They do the bare minimum. In 2020 absolutely no covid measures were taken. Cleanliness was still non existent.

Advice to the owners

Do better. If you want quality tenants then take care of your building and hire actual help with energy to keep up with the building.
