Property manager sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice building in a thriving neighborhood.
Cons:
The property manager doesn’t treat you with respect and not saying that I felt they did not care about my apartment because my roommates and I was minorities but It definitely felt that way. When It came to things falling apart by cheap labor, they failed to get things done in a timely manor.
Advice to owner:
Fix your moral compass because your property manager lacks ethics.
