The basement flooded and the landlord refused to do a mold test. The area is also surrounded by halfway houses and should be disclosed before signing.

Laundry in building and exposed brick walls

The electric bill is insane. The wifi always goes out. The owners are unresponsive and rude. The area is really dangerous.
