Close to subway. Units have AC. Laundry available in building (but the prices keep going up)

Cons

Rent is too high considering what you get and they're trying to charge even more. Management is unresponsive even for issues that have to be addressed right away, but they will try to send inspectors etc. to your unit with only hours of notice. Packages get stolen. Bad soundproofing, you will hear Everything.
