not amazing but fine so far

Pros

location is good for some, near graham ave station. pricing isn't amazing but honestly could be worse

Cons

- the laundry machines on site kinda suck, the dryer is not reliable - not a noisy area but if there is something outside you will hear it with a front unit - problems with the bathtubs not draining, seems a recurring issue - the heaters go really hot then cool down so instead of like, 65 you get 60-70-60-70
