The Cons Outweigh the Pros

Pros:
Well renovated and included an in unit washer dryer.
Cons:
For the amount of rent being charged, the fact that the noise level and trash outside of the building is not controlled is insane. There is no on sight super so we had to live with faulty and broken centralized AC. With different plumbers always being sent over (one stole from us and used our clothes to clean paint off our floors). The smell of the deli downstairs seeps into your apartment if you even dare open your windows. We had to live with black mold for a year because they refused to do the plumbing work needed in the building. Leaks a plenty, disrespectful neighbors, no one cares is very much the vibe here.
Advice to owner:
Instead of using bandaids and quick fixes. Take the time to permanently solve the issues.
