Great building with helpful super

Pros:
Cleaning service, very helpful super, good virtual doorman
Cons:
Units are a bit small and one I lived in had no living room

Pros:
The building was very clean and quiet. I liked the balconies overlooking the backyard area.
Cons:
The apartments themselves were really small, with no real kitchen/dining area. Also, when it rained, water would pool in backyard, attracting mosquitoes.
