Landlord I would not want again

Pros

Was in a house. Started with good communication and friendliness.

Cons

The apartment was always cold. Landlord took a long time to fix things in the apartment. Landlord didnt put the heat up most days. Loud arguing from Landlord and family. They did not give me deposit back when I moved out. She cut all communication with me when she said she would. Does not respond if mail accidently arrived there after I moved.

Advice to the owners

Pay your tenants back their deposit once they leave your apartment the way they found it.
