Too expensive for no amenities

The neighborhood was nice
Cons
The walls and stairs in the hall were falling apart, the building only had a crappy 5-digit keypad on the front door, there's no easy way to contact management, they rnadomly came for "lead insoections" with no notice, the heat was too hot during the winter and there's no AC in the summer, I was paying way too much for no in-unit or in-building w/d, no dishwasher, no central AC, a tiny apartment with no space to even put a couch
Advice to the owners
renovate the damn building
