Nothing! Nothing is normal in this building!
Cons
Sexual predator super intendent attacked 2 women, landlod is hiding him. Extremely rude workers. Zero maintenance! Rats! Bo exterminator for 4 years. Was not painted for 15 years. Mold. No smoke allarms. No light in the living room. No electricity in the bathroom. No kitchen electricity.
