Great experience, specially if you are just moving to NYC

Pros

Amenities are great, maintenance is really responsive, and its a really safe / clean place to libe

The Neighborhood is not the best, not a lot of food option nor nightlife in the area

Well-maintained luxury building, a bit expensive with minor pest problems

Pros

Overall a lovely luxury building in FiDi with solid amenities, conveniently located near several subway lines Friendly staff, nice to have a separate package room Nice floors and kitchens

Cons

Rent was pretty high for the small 1BR + home office space, and there is a separate amenities fee as well Some issues with cockroaches during our tenancy The apt was not very well-insulated, esp as our windows faced Wall St and we could hear a ton of noise throughout the day/night. Also there was definitely a draft which made it extremely cold in the winter
