Amazing staff, amenities, size of apartment and location

Cons

Drafty rooms (especially .5 rooms), walls can be thin in some places and hallway to door

Pros

The location is great and it’s an owner building which I think helps. It has changed a lot since Covid but everyone in the building is professional

Cons

The amenities are old and there isn’t really an outdoor public space like the other building around it
