Pretty good apartment. No real complaints

Pros

Love the super. Has been very helpful and kind since moving in. Tries his best to maintain the building. And respond to any issues I have. Great at updates and communicating.

Cons

Some of the resident are nasty with their garbage and not considerate of their neighbors when it comes to play music and light trash in the hallways. Super tries to keep building clean but it has to be a team effort with the residents! And exterminator keeps forgetting to come to my apartment. Also there’s no elevator! The stairs can be a killer if you not used to it

Advice to the owners

Partner with other exterminator companies that will allow exterminator to come in the weekends. Everyone not able to stay home from work each month to wait for exterminator
