The new owner, Michael is very unethical.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, near the park. Si eres latino, este es el mejor barrio para conseguir todo.
Cons:
Lived in this building for years, the new owner harassed me over the phone asking for some rent that at the end he realized it was payed. After many reports of the sanitary conditions of the apartment he has been very unresponsive and slacking on the safety of the neighbors. At one point he even requested to access my apartment without me being there. Very unprofessional and really difficult to deal with.
Advice to owner:
Do something that you love, you clearly don't care about making your renters feel safe.
