Several large issues
Pros
Sometimes decently responsive on big issues, super is pretty chill. Rooms are well-amenitied and priced for the most part. Location is great.
Cons
Neighbors within building (yes, multiple) constantly steal packages, recurrent cockroach issue that the extermination services provided never fully address. Went a full 8 months with a broken front door, low-priority requests are essentially ignored, heat was off for over a month in the deep winter and they only provided one electric space heater per APARTMENT, not per bedroom, to try to make up for this.
Management Company Does Not Care

Close to the train, able to find street parking,
Cons
Management does not care if there are bugs and rodents in the apartment, if the doorbell works, if toilets work, if leaks and mold are treated, or if one of their tenants is a safety risk to every one else in the building. There are children living here, men smoking pot in the hallway, and grown men cursing at everyone and threatening them. Packages get stolen here frequently, by both tenants and those who sneak into the building vestibule. Management does not care to address any of the issues in this apartment and will literally begin to ignore you if you complain too much.
Advice to the owners
Respond to your tenants needs and keep the living standards at least at the minimum required by nyc
