The building is in a good area and the workers are very friendly and polite.
Cons
The building stinks. Too many large rats. Too many roaches. They do not fix the damages in a timely manner. Always have a leak

Get it together. Stop neglecting

Management company is rude and unhelpful. They do not care about the tenants. Lots of bugs and problems with the plumbing.

Be better at your job. Stop trying to bully people into not coming to you about issues.
