Pros:
Elevators
Evening doorman
Supr. is very nice/quick to fix things
Cons:
Owner not very concerned with building complaints.
Can hear neighbors on either side and above.
Advice to owner:
The supr. does a good job

Good location but roaches, mice, and things never getting fixed

Pros:
Occasional doorman, good location, laundry in building
Cons:
Huge pest problems, broken things (such as toilet) get replaced with cheap fixes that break right away, water temperature difficult to control and very sensitive, heat gets blasted in the winter
Advice to owner:
The building needs a very good exterminator
