Great place to live
Pros
Super is very responsive and reliable, neighbors are quiet for the most part, great area, no pests.
Cons
Machines in the laundry room are consistently broken/not working, heat can be an issue in the winter

Pros
Lived in the building for a while and it really feels like a gem in the rent-stabilized world. It is a large building and I realize others have different responses but the super has always been incredibly responsive to any complaints, there is a part time doorman and consequently I have not had any packages stolen and the porter cleans the floors every morning. They decorate for holidays and it feels like a place where people stay for a long time.
Cons
The walls are thinner than you realize. While the lease says no pets, this is a pet friendly building. I am generally happy about this as I have cats but there are definitely some apartments with multiple dogs which are super loud. That's just part of city living but something to be aware of.
Advice to the owners
