No peace. Very chaotic

Pros:
Super does his job as best as possible.
Cons:
problematic neighbor who has issues with everyone in the building. She gets away with everything. Its super stressful. Cant wait to move. Management doesnt do much.

It’s a townhouse style building , not too many neighbors . Cheap rent .
Cons:
Everything is old and broken down . The management office helps with nothing , they don’t want to fix anything . When you call in , NORA says , “ that’s not my job” and still won’t give you the person whose job it is . There’s barely hot water , the hallways always dirty , people smoke weed in the hallway . The door is always jammed or broken. Your packages go missing . You’ll have to come out of pocket to fix your own apartment, she really will not put you in contact with anyone that can help you, since she refuses to. Anytime you call , she’s the one that answers, only. There’s no other numbers or listings to contact the actual super or landlord and she’s disgusting in nature , just rude and dismissive , she needs to go !!! This has been going on for more than 7/8 years now . I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called 311 , but still nothing is fixed , cleaned or changed .
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management team and maintenance workers too ! Your current ones don’t give a crap about us and we’ve been complaining for forever !

Rent is controlled in this building
Cons:
Don’t do anything about the mice infestation or the roaches poor care to the building don’t care to fix things tenants apartment just care to receive their rent on the first and super doesn’t do much
Advice to owner:
Start fixing these apartments And remodeling these apartments

This is a new building has to take care and must be continue with the correct standards.
