Fix this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's close to muliple modes of public transportation and not a long commute to Manhattan. The neighborhood isn't bad. There's a very nice library and a big park with lots of amenities. It's close to shopping areas.
Cons:
It's on the Cross Bx expressway. The traffic is annoying and loud. There's an elevator that never works. EVER. Management never answers the phone and only answers emails for repairs after several threats.
Advice to owner:
Fix up this old building and maintain it better. The elevator should never be out of service for more than a day or two. 9 months of no elevator is unacceptable, especially since it was out for 6 months before that, 4 months before that, 8 months before that....
