Well maintained, responsive and pro-active
Pros
Building is kept clean and issues such as broken doors are promptly addressed. I've had most issues (like broken appliances) resolved within just a few days of notifying the property owners.
Cons
Heating sometimes doesn't work in all rooms.

Well maintained just on a firetruck route
Pros
The building is well maintained and the super is responsive. It’s very convenient to the subway and bars/restaurants. The price is reasonable for the location.
Cons
It’s on a fire truck route, so it is very loud if your apartment faces the street. No laundry in building
