Not bad but not amazing

Pros

- the super is good and keeps the space pretty clean - they manage the trash room well - packages are moved to package room to prevent package theft - monthly exterminators provided - right by the M

Cons

- not the most conveniently located - seems to have a bit of a roach issue - small, tight spaces - incredibly humid and hot in the apartments

BED BUGS AWFUL NEIGHBORS BEWARE

If you like getting bed bugs you’re in for a great time!

Cons

Unresponsive, apathetic management refusal to honor lease and rectify bedbugs. Neighbors who will steal from you and lie about it, packages DoorDash etc.
