Ok for what you get
Pros
Street is mostly pleasant, apartment has washer/dryer/dishwasher
Cons
Certain med/low-priority maintenance issues took over a year to fix (if at all), street is sometimes extremely loud (people playing music out of their cars right outside windows, fireworks, etc.), no central AC, very little natural light, very little natural air circulation, absolutely 0 soundproofing throughout building, expensive and significant rent increases annually
Advice to the owners
Fix issues in apartments and improve/require soundproofing
